We believe that to make the most of your spectrometer and spectral data you need fast and easy access to expert information on field operations, hardware, software and interpreting spectral data.  We have always made technical support our priority, based around a genuine desire to help all our clients achieve their goals.

You are welcome to call us for technical assistance on: Sample analysis, interpreting problem spectra, software issues (e.g. TSG), analysis and handling large data sets or any other issues related to using field portable spectrometers or reflectance spectroscopy in mineral exploration and mining, and for oil and gas applications.

Our geologists will even analyse small numbers of spectra (~<20) for you at no charge. So if you have any data that's left you scratching your head or even if you just want a second opinion just email us the spectral files. These can be from any VNIR-SWIR spectrometer, just send us the ASCII files if they are not from HyChips, PIMA or ASD.
